Ingredients
For the Graham Cracker Crust:
- 12 full-size graham crackers (homemade or store-bought)
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- Optional: a splash of water if crumbs are too dry
For the Key Lime Yogurt Filling:
- 3 containers (5โ6 oz each) So Delicious Key Lime Coconut Milk Yogurt
- 2 large eggs
- 6 tbsp honey
- 6 tbsp granulated sugar
- 6 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp salt
- ยฝ cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1โ2 tbsp lime zest (from 1โ2 limes)
Instructions
Step 1: Make the Graham Cracker Crust
Crush the graham crackers in a bowl or Ziploc bag using a rolling pin until fine. Melt the butter and mix it with the crumbs until it resembles wet sand. Add a little water if neededโthe mixture should hold together when pinched.
Press the crust evenly into a 9-inch pie pan, covering the bottom and sides. Bake at 375ยฐF for 8โ10 minutes. Let cool completely before adding the filling.
Step 2: Make the Key Lime Yogurt Filling
In a large bowl, whisk together the key lime coconut yogurt, eggs, honey, sugar, cornstarch, salt, lime juice, and lime zest until smooth and fully combined.
Pour the filling into the cooled graham cracker crust. Bake at 350ยฐF for 30โ35 minutes until the edges are set and the center is mostly stable. The center should still have a slight jiggle but not be watery.
Step 3: Chill and Freeze
Let the pie sit at room temperature for at least 30 minutes. Cover the top with plastic wrap to prevent an icy crust and freeze overnight. This allows the pie to fully set and develop that perfect creamy, scoopable texture.
Step 4: Serve
Top with additional lime zest before slicing and serving. Enjoy a refreshing, tangy, and creamy slice of frozen key lime goodness!

This frozen key lime yogurt pie is the perfect tangy, citrusy dessert for warm days or anytime youโre craving something bright and refreshing. Cool, creamy, and full of lime flavor, itโs simple, impressive, and delicious.
